Now that Justin Bieber is a bad boy or whatever (hahahaha – ok then.) he gets in to fights and pees in buckets.
Being famous will do that to you, I suppose.
Anyway, during one of these lil’ brawls of his, he threw out some n-words… and I’m not talking nuggets. (Those sound SO good right now. Sorry – I’m hungry.)
Now he’s getting sued for assault.
The man who Justin Bieber brawled with in Cleveland during the 2016 NBA Finals filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the pop star, claiming he used “racial epithets,” including the n-word, during their fight.
Personally, I’d be too embarrassed to admit I got in a fight with a man-toddler… but money talks, honey.
Rodney Cannon claims that during a fight with Bieber, the crooner “suddenly became irate” over a photograph that was taken and demanded it be deleted, The Blast reported, citing legal documents. Cannon says in addition to threatening harm upon him, Bieber made “threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people including racial epithets.”
Cannon also claims he successfully managed to subdue the “Sorry” singer but then was “struck in the back of the head,” which caused him to briefly lose consciousness. The fight caused Cannon to “sustain injuries to his face, head and back” which have caused “great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering,” according to the suit.
This sounds like a MESS.
I love how Rodney mentioned he had “subdued” Bieber and was hit from the back.
He obviously had to save some face.
But anyway yeah… he wants money.
Cannon is seeking unspecified damages for assault, battery, personal injury and property damage, among other counts.
A rep for Bieber didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
Baby, baby, baby ooooooh.
(That’s an old-school Bieber reference, for those not in the know.)
