Maxine Waters Wants Kanye To Shut Up… NOW!

You guys know how I feel the about the Kanye thing.

I won’t call him a Conservative, because he’s not (yet?). I DO think, however, that his willingness to break out of the Celebrity thought mold is refreshing, and that he’s giving many brilliant Conservatives an exciting new platform.

Think about it. If even ONE person starts thinking… “Hmm… you know? He’s right. The Democrats have done nothing but keep me down and tell me I’m not ABLE to succeed without them. EFF THAT. I’m ready for something new.”

Well… then this was all worth it.

You know who realizes this is a HUGE threat to the status quo that keeps her in power?

Maxine Waters.

Yup… Maxine isn’t too pleased… which means she KNOWS this has the potential to open some eyes.

According to the Daily Caller: 

Rap mogul Kanye West has confounded the music and entertainment industry over the past week for his embrace of pro-Trump policies, activists and campaign gear, and Maxine Waters thinks he should just shut up.

You know… before it costs her any votes. She can’t have that.

Kanye’s swing to the right has not been received well by those on the other side of the aisle.

On Monday, Yeezy was back at it, tweeting statements from other people about Republicans freeing slaves and the perils of the welfare state and socialism.

He was literally tweeting REPUBLICAN HISTORY, you guys. It was AWESOME.

Rep. Maxine Waters was asked by Politico about the rapper’s recent embrace of mainstream conservatism.

She responded by saying that West “talks out of turn” and that he should “think twice about politics, and maybe not have so much to say.”

This is PERFECT.

Kanye is telling black people to get off the Democratic Plantation…

Maxine responds by saying HE’S TALKING OUT OF TURN.

Could she have proven his point any more clearly?!

Amazing stuff.

Her full quote, according to Politico:

“Kanye West is a very creative young man who has presented some of the most revolutionary material in the African-American community. But we also think that sometimes Kanye West talks out of turn and perhaps sometimes he needs some assistance in helping him to formulate some of his thoughts.

We don’t think that he actually means to do harm, but we’re not sure he really understands the impact of what he’s saying, at the time that he’s saying it and how that weighs on, particularly the African American community — and for young people in general. And I think maybe he should think twice about politics, and maybe not have so much to say.”

He needs “Assistance in helping him formulate his thoughts” because he “talks out of turn.”

WHAT was that about a PLANTATION?

I hope Democrat voters see this and question WHY exactly he needs “thought assistance.”

He’s not toeing the line… and the Democrats are FREAKING OUT because they need to keep their base in check. That’s why.
