Lazy Judge Gets Pay Raise After Working Just ONE Of 214 Workdays, Calls Critics Racist

I didn’t think this could be real, but it is. It really, truly is.

Meet Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio. She’s probably the laziest judge alive, and she just received a significant pay raise– $175,500 to $187,200.

Effective April 1, all city court judges in the state, outside of New York City, received a raise from $175,500 to $187,200 — a yearly raise of $11,700.

The State Judicial Compensation Commission was enacted in 2015. Due to the formula enacted by the Commission, city court judges make 90 percent of what federal district court judges make. The Commission made its final installment of judicial raises on Sunday.

Something you should know about Astacio. She’s been dubbed the “drunk judge.” She was convicted of DWI in 2016 and almost never goes to work.

Chief Administrative Judge Craig Doran confirmed Monday that Astacio is still not showing up for work as directed.

Astacio did report for work on Tuesday, February 27 for one day – and has not been back since. Judge Doran sent a letter to Astacio on February 23, ordering her to return to work at the Hall of Justice on February 26. Prior to this, she had not reported to work since August 31.

Astacio was assigned to handle legal work that did not put her on the bench. She subsequently provided Doran with a doctor’s note, stating that she could not work.

But listen– you only have a problem with her because you’re a flaming RACIST.

“Why’s my name in the headlines?” she asked on Facebook. “Because your racist news stations … You’re mad because I’m a young minority getting paid.”

Oh yeah. THAT’S it. Your SKIN COLOR is what’s ticking everyone off. Not your entitlement mentality or the fact that you’re the world’s worst worker.

She’s the Actual Worst.

BTW– her term doesn’t expire until 2024. Go taxpayers!
