A few months ago, Megyn Kelly had Jane Fonda on her show, told her she looked amazing and asked about her plastic surgery.
Fonda was super offended– so offended that she brought it up again, and then AGAIN a few days ago.

She can’t get it off her brain.
Megyn Kelly has had enough.
“It’s time to address the ‘poor me’ routine,” Kelly said.
Kelly offered more than a slap on the wrist. She DEMOLISHED Fonda. She began by pointing out that Fonda openly talks about her plastic surgery. Why she chose to be offended by the question that particular time, Kelly does not know.
This is where it gets WILD.
Kelly said she’s not in the market to get a lesson from Fonda on what is and is not appropriate and immediately brought up how Fonda treated our military like CRAP during the Vietnam war. She went there. My jaw actually dropped. She had pictures and everything.
She added, “By the way. She still says she’s not proud of America.” She made this face after dropping that line:
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.
Megyn Kelly responds to criticism from Jane Fonda saying that she has no regrets about asking about Fonda’s plastic surgery. Then she goes on to address Fonda’s own past, “Hanoi Jane,” and says she’s in no position to talk about what’s offensive. pic.twitter.com/woNQ9WcLNf

So savage.
Liberal heads are exploding as we speak.
Just rename #MegynKellyToday, Megyn Kelly's Fox Mean Girl Hour. That attack on Jane Fonda was one of the worst and embarrassing things I've seen on a NBC News program.

Jane Fonda is a feminist icon, an artistic genius, an exercise mogul, a national treasure. Megyn Kelly is famous for assuring children on a 10pm cable news broadcast that Santa Claus is white.

Hmmm. Megyn Kelly takes on Jane Fonda's criticism of her plastic surgery question, bringing up her "Hanoi Jane" nickname for anti war activism on Today show. Are we seeing Kelly's old Fox News habits resurface?

These are just the facts. I know you guys aren’t used to hearing those, watching NBC and all.
Megyn Kelly's attack on Jane Fonda made Megyn Kelly look so, so small. Please NBC, this show is killing us every morning. #MegynKellyToday

I disagree. I thought it was wonderful.
Megyn Kelly IS A RACIST WHO MADE A CAREER OF BIGOTRY! NOW FAILING RATINGS HAVE FORCED HER TO REVERT TO FOX NEWS STYLE #DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOR! SUCK IT UP! U CANT SHINE JANE FONDAS SHOES!

Jane Fonda is a legend and a feminist icon. Megyn Kelly is Regina George with no constituency.

Listen– I’m not exactly Kelly’s #1 fan either, but this takedown was epic.
ICYMI, here's Megyn Kelly's embarrassing segment on Jane Fonda. I have never seen anything so petty coming from anyone at @NBCNews. Lashing out at the slightest hint of public criticism is conduct unbecoming of a news anchor. Hiring her was a huge mistake! pic.twitter.com/Hwzy4D9604

Who does Megyn Kelly think she is? Coming after Queen Jane. Don't do it sis. pic.twitter.com/bbBYuqxpPt

# megyn kelly today
Not a relatable host, NOT a journalist. And Now she attacks Jane Fonda. NBC you need to dump this ….. now, she tarnishes the Today show's image. Will not watch, will share this ban with friends. Megyn Kelly need to go.— colette (@bettyrayvintage) January 22, 2018
What do you think? Were Kelly’s remarks uncalled for?
Kelly gets all the points on this one, in my book.
But lesson learned. You are not, under any circumstances, allowed to criticize Jane Fonda. Ever. It’s almost worse than criticizing Beyoncé.
