“Senate Democrats own the Schumer Shutdown. Tonight, they put politics above our national security, military families, vulnerable children, and our country’s ability to serve all Americans,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

Sarah Sanders is ticked. She doubled down this morning.

“This is the behavior of obstructionist losers, not legislators.” I can’t get over that line. It’s so deliciously Trumpy. She’s definitely on the same page as President Trump, who went on a tweetstorm of his own this morning.

Reading that makes me even more disgusted at Schumer and his buddies. They have no problem putting illegal immigrants above the military. That’s all this comes down to. They’re the party of rewarding criminal behavior. We’re the party of patriotism.
Schumer might think otherwise, but I think this will bite him in the butt in the long run.
