Roy Moore Is Trying To Use The Al Franken Drama To His Advantage

This is the weirdest news day ever.

As you’ve heard, Sen. Al Franken has apologized for groping a woman and allegedly stuffing his tongue down her throat.

Gross.

Sen. Mitch McConnell has responded to the news by calling for an ethics committee to investigate Franken. Franken said he would “gladly cooperate.”

Roy Moore is trying to use this news to his advantage.

Mitch: "Let's investigate."

In Alabama, ZERO evidence, allegations 100% rejected.

Mitch: "Moore must quit immediately or be expelled."

I’m still not sure how to feel about Moore or WHAT to believe (there are valid points on both sides), but everyone knows McConnell plays dirty. But the big question is this: Would it be best if Moore just kept his mouth shut? Is this really helping his cause?
