October 19, 2017Oh, thank goodness. Chelsea Handler is going into political activism full-time, y’all. Consequently, her talk show is coming to an end. It’s not like I ever watched it anyway, but still. It’s ending. So this is all a win for someone, somewhere in the universe.
The reasoning is weird, though – she announced yesterday that she’s ending her Netflix talk show after two years to become more politically active. She’s “galvanized”, after all, since Trump got elected:

This is her decision, apparently. And what I find most interesting is her goal of engaging with people she doesn’t talk with enough – “people of different ethnicities, religions and political philosophies.”
I guess that means she wants to try to talk to and connect with conservatives, too? That should be interesting, considering she’s been demonizing them for eons. I’ll believe it when I see it. Perhaps she’ll eventually run for Governor of California or something. Brilliant.
