August 9, 2017Good news everyone! Our devoted congressmen and congresswomen are taking a much needed break from the swamp in DC.
I mean, they’ve done so much for us lately, repealing and replacing Obamacare and whatnot. They deserve this.
Oh wait. They didn’t do that. They deserve nothing.
WELL, OH WELL. They’re on district vacay and have to face their constituents and explain to them why they completely suck at getting anything done. So far over the break, House Speaker Paul Ryan visited factory workers and got his butt handed to him.
“For eight horrible years I heard, ‘We don’t have control of the House. We don’t have control of the Senate. We don’t have the presidency and when we get in we got a plan and we’re going to change stuff.’ Well I tell you what, you’re in there now and all I see is infighting,” worker Keith Ketzler said. “It’s very dysfunctional.”

I know Ryan knows that, but I think it’s important for him to hear it directly from people on the ground too. You guys suck, and your inability to make decisions and pass legislation directly affects us. We’re over it.
