On Thursday, I told you about Lena Dunham’s super tragic day. She was stuck at an airport, dealing with a delayed flight, but that wasn’t the WORST part. She was stuck in an airport with TRANSPHOBIC BIGOTS! She claims she overheard two airline employees having a “transphobic” conversation and decided to alert American Airlines. She also tweeted out a screenshot of her message on Twitter, because she’s a virtue-signaling pro.
Not gonna call out the airline who delayed cuz shit happens BUT I did just overhear 2 @AmericanAir attendants having a transphobic talk.

At this moment in history we should be teaching our employees about love and inclusivity @AmericanAir. That was worst part of this night.

For those who followed my airport saga yesterday, here’s my takeaway: these days it’s the little things. A smile. Offering a seat. Respect.

We can’t afford to treat each other like cattle when we have a government that does. Being trapped at the airport filled me with love!

Like I said in my original post, Lena saw an opportunity to virtue-signal and jumped all over it. She’s a good person. She selflessly stood up for the trans-community by courageously alerting American Airlines of this bigoted conversation.
Cue Greg Gutfeld. He posed an excellent question.
so @lenadunham why didn’t u confront the attendants, instead of informing like a member of Stasi to their employers? how awful are u? https://t.co/LHLjkKlcim

Lena tried to defend herself and failed miserably.
I suggested that they should, like all massive corporations, engage in education around issues of diversity and how speech hurts, actually.

But…if you were really THAT offended, why didn’t you alert American Airlines AND kindly talk to the employees directly? What were you, scared? Wait– I know. That would’ve required Actual Effort. And then you would’ve had to– you know– defend your position, which we know is very difficult for you. Even you know shouting “you’re a transphobic bigot!” doesn’t make for a good argument.
she actually contacted the airline to inform on these women – over an overheard conversation. think about how empty you must be to do that https://t.co/LHLjkK3BqO

I think this is the equivalent of Lena waving a white flag:

I’m proud to say that Lena Dunham has also blocked COTR on Twitter. I don’t blame her. After all, we are VERY scary.
Anyway, to the surprise of no one, the airline has found preciously ZERO evidence of Dunham’s claims.
“We always look into complaints from customers, but at this time, we are unable to substantiate these allegations,” American Airlines told Fox News.
this just in: lena dunham is an attention seeking bullshitter https://t.co/q2vyXwzqUA

Not surprising. After all, this is the same chick who lied about being raped by a Republican.
