Rep. Maxine Waters is a senile partisan hack who needs to freaking retire already.
She appeared on MSNBC Wednesday to discuss President Trump firing James Comey. Does she agree with that move? Surely, she can’t believe Trump fired Comey because he was “closing in” on him, in regards to the Russia investigation. There’s no evidence of any collusion. Waters said so herself.
So, did Trump make the right move? Well, no. But rest assured. If Hillary Clinton won the election, it would’ve been MORE THAN appropriate to fire Comey. That’s the argument she’s going with here.
“I think the president, if the president had fired [Comey] when he first came in, he would not have to be in a position now where he is trying to make up a story about why it does not meet the smell test,” Waters told MSNBC’s Peter Alexander.
“So if Hillary Clinton had won the White House, would you have recommended that she fire FBI Director James Comey?” Alexander asked.
“Well, let me tell you something, if she had won the White House, I believe that given what he did to her, and what he tried to do, she should have fired him. Yes,” she said.
“So she should have fired him but he shouldn’t have fired him? This is why I’m confused,” Alexander said.
“No, no you’re not confused,” she responded.
No. She’s confused. She has been for quite some time.

So let’s get this straight. It’s wrong that President Trump fired Comey. But if Hillary won the election, it would’ve been totally appropriate. So she agrees, but disagrees, but agrees, but disagrees, but sort of agrees, but not really.
Any questions?
