You’d think Democratic leaders would try to maintain some level of professionalism and base their positions on fact, logic and reason. You’d think. Instead, they’re banking on shock value, and by shock value, I mean swearing.
DNC Chair Tom Perez really started the trend. He’s pretty much an unhinged lunatic and declared that Republicans don’t “give a sh*t about people.”

See what he did there? He said “sh*t!” That’s how serious he is about this. (This comes from the same man who’s convinced President Trump is actually Voldemort and is therefore incapable of saying his name.)
Democrats are acting like 12-year-old kids who got together and swore for the first time behind their parents’ back. It’s hardly an effective way to win a political argument. That’s all I’m saying.

Perez isn’t the only Democrat letting loose. When Stephen Colbert isn’t referring to Trump’s mouth serving as Putin’s “c*ck-holster,” Sen. Kamala Harris is dropping the f-bomb.
“Like this guy, this congressman, you might as well say, ‘People don’t starve because they don’t have food.’ What the f— is that? What are you saying? How can you say that?” Harris asked during an interview with Pod Save America.
So professional of a sitting senator, right?
(She was referring to Rep. Raúl Labrador’s comment. He basically said “nobody dies because they don’t have access to healthcare.”)
Can you imagine if Sen. Rubio was all, “Yeah. Democrats think Obamacare is working. What the f— is that all about? They don’t give a sh*t about people.” All HELL would break loose. Republicans would be disappointed that one of our lawmakers is incapable of making a coherent argument without dropping useless expletives, and Democrats would be all, “OMG he’s such a bad influence on the children!”
@thehill I guess using 'f**k' and 'c*ckholster' is the politically cool and edgy thing to do now…?

Totally. Gotta stay hip. You know how it goes.
