I know he’s entirely right, because I’ve seen all of this first hand. As a millennial who went to a very liberal university for all of three of my degrees, I’ve been in the trenches of this for YEARS. As an undergraduate English major, nearly all of my classes were drowned in postmodernist thought. I was taught to “question” absolutely everything, and yet to never question the marxists, nihilistic “truths” presented by my professors. As I’ve mentioned a number of times, I bought into it for a while. Knowing what I know now, I realize that legitimately questioning what I was being force-fed through higher education and ultimately becoming a self-made conservative is the most rebellious thing I’ve ever done.

For us college-educated millennials, Conservatism is the new counterculture. Rock on, y’all.
