Morning Joe On Aleppo: This Is What Happens When America Does Nothing

Joe Scarborough absolutely hit the nail on the head during a Morning Joe panel talking about the crisis in Aleppo. It’s something that nobody on the left wants to admit, while they’re flailing around trying to figure out how to help these people.

But the blame for this ultimately falls on Barack Obama and his awful foreign policy.

For all the left’s anti-war whining and Obama’s gutting of our military, the fact remains that the bad guys of the world are deterred when they think the Americans are going to come after them. Does that mean we have to be the world’s police? Not necessarily. If merely the idea of the US military sends these gutter-snipes back to their hidey-holes for fear of ticking us off, then that’s enough.

But what Obama’s done is basically told these guys that America’s not going to do jack crap about their acts of war against the innocent. In fact, he might actually help them accomplish their goals of wanton destruction (*cough*Iran nuclear deal*cough,cough*)

I am so sick of America being the punchline of the world. I’m sick of having a president who bows and scrapes to foreign leaders. I’m ready for us to be a force to be reckoned with again.
