December 19, 2016At least 50 are injured after a truck plowed through a crowded Christmas market in Berlin.
Both the Berliner Zeitung newspaper and the Berliner Morgenpost reported the truck ran into the market outside the landmark Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church on Monday evening.
A photo posted by the Morgenpost showed damaged tables and stalls.
Authorities don’t know the exact number of those injured, but there are reports of multiple fatalities.

It’s still unclear if this was an accident or a terrorist attack, but I can’t help but look at this news story and think of the similar attack that occurred in Nice, France back in July.
