I quite like this video. It’s a nice change from those shallow “Man-On-The-Street-GOTCHA!” things that catch random people unawares and make them look stupid. They actually give the students here time to think about the answers to the question and respond as to why they answered the way they did.
It also shows just how much stereotypes and perceptions of candidates matter more than what the candidates have actually said. One girl even says that Donald Trump would DEFINITELY have said something racist because “of the stereotype of who he is.”
But nope – all of these terrible things were said/done by Hillary Clinton. Not Donald Trump (say what you will about him – at least he doesn’t go crawling to the king of Saudi Arabia for cash).

The good news here is that they at least act surprised and disappointed in Hillary for these awful things she’s said. So perhaps there is some hope for young voters once they actually learn the facts about the candidates. That they won’t just toe a certain party line because they’ve been told to.
Hope. Yeah. That’s what we’re calling it now.
