The Democrats held a town hall meeting in Iowa Monday night. CNN aired the event, and literally nobody knew about it. Seriously. I’m immersed in the news day in and day out. I have talk radio on all day long. While I passively listen (especially while working), I didn’t hear one person mention the town hall meeting. And you’d THINK the Democrats would want to get the word out there. Don’t they want the world to know their candidates?
Apparently not.
Anyway, the candidates took questions from the audience (we’re still trying to tally the plant count), and one young man, Taylor Gipple, totally dissed Hillary.

“It feels like there’s a lot of young people like myself, who are very passionate supporters of [Democratic candidate Senator] Sen. Bernie Sanders, and I just don’t see the same enthusiasm from younger people for you,” Gipple said. “In fact, I’ve heard from quite a few people my age that they think you’re dishonest, but I’d like to hear from you on why you feel the enthusiasm isn’t there.”
Oh snap. Who let that kid in there? Dishonest? Hillary? No way!
Don’t worry. The “Kween” had a great non-answer. The best non-answer in the history of non-answers.
“Well, I think it really depends upon who you’re seeing and talking to. You know, today in Oskaloosa, I spent time with about ten high school students who are enthusiastically working for me,” Hillary said. “I see young people across the state who are doing the same.”
Translation: “TEN WHOLE HIGH SCHOOLERS have worked for me, you peasant. The youngins love me! Off with your head! Um. I mean, please consider voting for me.”
“[Y]ou know, look, I’ve been around a long time. People have thrown all kinds of things at me, and you know, I can’t keep up with it,” Hillary continued. “I just keep going forward. They fall by the wayside, they come up with these outlandish things, they make these charges, I just keep going forward because there’s nothing to it. They throw all this stuff at me, and I’m still standing. But if you’re new to politics, if it’s the first time you’ve really paid attention, you go, ‘Oh my gosh, look at all of this.’ And you have to say to yourself, ‘Why are they throwing all of that?’ Well I’ll tell you why, because I’ve been on the front lines of change and progress since I was your age.”
Translation: “You haven’t been around long enough to know that I’m actually a fantastic person.”
Millennials aren’t old enough to appreciate Hillary’s past greatness. What greatness, exactly? Oh you know, “fighting to give kids and women and the people who are left out and left behind a chance to make the most out of their own lives.”
Don’t ask me what that means. IT’S GREATNESS. Clearly.
“And I’ve taken on the status quo, time and time again,” Hillary said. “I have had many, many millions of dollars spent against me.”
Let’s recap. Hillary’s great. She fought “to give kids and women and the people who are left out” a chance before millennials were born. And people have spent lots of money attacking her. Haters gonna hate. Got it.
“When I worked on healthcare back in ’93 and ’94, and I don’t know if you were born then, I can’t quite tell, but, if you’d been around, and had been able to pay attention, I was trying to get us to universal healthcare coverage, working with my husband,” Hillary continued. “Boy, the insurance companies, the drug companies, they spent millions, not just against the issue, but against me. And I kept going. And when we weren’t successful, I turned around and said, ‘At least we’re going to get healthcare for kids.’ And we got the Children’s Health Insurance Program, working with both Democrats and Republicans, and eight million kids have insurance because of that today.”
But you see, Gipple wouldn’t understand that, because he wasn’t born yet. He’s incapable of properly appreciating everything Hillary did.
Her followers really believe this. They’re trying to fool millennials. Why else are Clinton media darlings going around talking about Bill Clinton’s “alleged extra-marital affair” with Monica Lewinsky? Because they’re trying to change history and cast doubt on the family’s past. They want to convince millennials that Hillary’s critics are just meeeeeeeean– that they have no firm foundation for their endless accusations.
So there you have it. Millennials aren’t excited about Hillary because they weren’t born early enough to appreciate her greatness.
