I'm actually really surprised by this.
According to the sourcelink, the RNC has waaaay more cash in its coffers than the DNC does, despite the fact that Obama is in constant campaign mode. Specifically, the RNC has $12.3 million and NO DEBT, compared to the DNC's $4.1 million in cash on hand and $18.5 million debt.
What doesn't surprise me in the least is that the DNC is spending more than it's taking in, because that is what they do.
Even more interesting is that the RNC has outraised the DNC every single month this year.
It's encouraging, wouldn't you say?
