Hollywood Actress Says She’d CANCEL Her Show If FLOTUS Likes It – Melania Calls Her Bluff

I’ve only ever heard of Issa Rae when she made headlines for a pretty racist statement at the 2017 Emmy Awards.

Remember that? Yeah… I hardly do either.

Anyway, she recently raised eyebrows again for her unnecessary comments about Melania.

According to this:

In an interview published Tuesday, a black Hollywood actress known for her racist views threatened to cancel her HBO comedy-drama series if she discovered that first lady Melania Trump were a fan of it.

So. Freaking. LAME.

In the interview Rae described the ecstasy she had experienced when she met former first lady and fellow black woman Michelle Obama in 2017 and discovered that she happened to be a fan of the show. She likewise described how she’d react if she discovered Melania felt similarly.

“It was like talking to my auntie. It bums me out that I will never have that feeling again of the First Family f–king with us so hard and getting us,” she said. “If Melania [Trump] said that to me, I would be like, ‘Well, I guess it’s canceled. We’re not making this show. It’s not ours anymore.’”

It’s not “ours” anymore? What does THAT mean? Is that a racial thing? Melania liking a show “takes it away” from black people?

Also… “the First Family f–king with us so hard” makes NO sense to me. Doesn’t that mean they MESS WITH YOU? Apparently now it means you’re chummy? If someone is “f*cking with me” I assume that’s a bad thing?

This is peak “cutting off your nose to spite the face” liberal bullcrap. But would she REALLY do it? Or did she think this ridiculous comment would get her some points from the TDS crowd?

Well, Melania called her bluff… and I am LIVING FOR IT.

Less than 24 hours after the actress’ initial statements, Melania released a statement through her spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham:

BAHAHAHAHA.

Obviously, Stephanie isn’t allowed to speak for FLOTUS unless Melania gives her approval… which means they were probably CRACKING UP over this.

As of now, we have heard no news of HBO’s “Insecure” getting canceled. We’ll let you know… but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
