We have no shortage of crappy, negative news out there. Let’s focus on the good, at least for a minute. It’s fun to change things up!
This is the top story on the Drudge Report right now.
Yep! You read that correctly! The December jobs numbers are in, and while reports say the economy added fewer jobs than expected, the unemployment rate is at a 17 year low.
On Friday, the nation’s unemployment rate remained at a 17-year low of 4.1 percent for the third straight month, and the number of employed people increased by 103,000 to 154,021,000, the Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported.
Since December 2016, 1,788,000 people have been added to the nation’s employment roster, and the number of employed people has set six records since February, most recently in September.
But wait. There’s MORE.
Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rate for teenagers declined to 13.6 percent in December, offsetting an increase in November. In December, the unemployment rates for adult men (3.8 percent), adult women (3.7 percent), Whites (3.7 percent), Asians (2.5 percent), and Hispanics (4.9 percent) showed little or no change.
And get this: The black unemployment rate reached a record low– 6.8 percent!
I guess Trump’s “racist,” pro-growth economic policies are working!
In total, the economy added 2.06 million jobs in 2017, which is actually less than 2016 (that year it was 2.24 million).
The Fake News Media barely mentions the fact that the Stock Market just hit another New Record and that business in the U.S. is booming…but the people know! Can you imagine if “O” was president and had these numbers – would be biggest story on earth! Dow now over 25,000.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 5, 2018
Dow goes from 18,589 on November 9, 2016, to 25,075 today, for a new all-time Record. Jumped 1000 points in last 5 weeks, Record fastest 1000 point move in history. This is all about the Make America Great Again agenda! Jobs, Jobs, Jobs. Six trillion dollars in value created!

I’d just like to remind you all again that liberal economist Paul Krugman predicted that the markets would never recover and we would all be doomed. HAHAHAHAHA.

The most amazing fact of this report…@POTUS @realDonaldTrump administration created jobs particularly in manufacturing while reducing Government.
Barack Hussein administration lost jobs while growing Government.

Libs are already spinning this as a complete failure. You’d think they’d be celebrating the black unemployment low, but noooooooope.
BREAKING: President Trump's job creation numbers (2.06 million) for 2017 lag behind @BarackObama's numbers (2.24 million) for 2016. Another loss for Trump and win for Obama. Let's see if Trump tweets about this today considering he loves comparing himself to Obama. #JobsReport

Dismal December Jobs report . Only 148,000 new jobs added in exchange for giving Republicans tax cut $1.5 trillion in corporate welfare! #JobsReport #goptaxscam

According to trump, today's #JobsReport is not a good sign.
We need over 300K new jobs a month, right? Such bigly fail.
Maybe stop hurling nuclear insults, laundering money, and airing out your dirty laundry with Sloppy Steve to get some REAL jobs growth, @realDonaldTrump. https://t.co/Xfx2rgsbbP

Despite the critiques, people are confident in the coming change. Wait until the tax cuts fully kick in. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.
