Libs Celebrate Dick’s Sporting Goods’ Stand Against ‘Assault-Style’ Rifles, Even Though It Hasn’t Sold Them In Main Stores For YEARS

Dick’s Sporting Goods recently announced its decision to no longer sell “assault-style rifles.” Just one inconvenient fact that needs to be mentioned: Dick’s hasn’t been selling those “scary” looking weapons in their main stores for years.

They had been selling them in a smaller chain they owned but not in the main stores. This is not as significant a move as they want people to believe.

After Sandy Hook they stopped selling them at the regular stores and only had them at their Field & Stream stores. This is bs pandering

Sorry, but it’s the truth. And let’s be real– gun gurus have other places to go.

That being said, the biggest announcement involves the retailer’s decision to no longer sell guns to anyone under the age of 21. It’s their decision. I just hate the inconsistency. In the very least, can we make an exception for those who are serving in the military? I don’t know. Just a thought.

ANYWAY. That doesn’t change the big headline. Libs are celebrating that Dick’s is no longer selling “assault-style” rifles, even though, again, the retailer hasn’t sold them in main stores for YEARS. Not to mention that “assault-style rifles” aren’t A Thing. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. Ask a liberal to tell you what makes an “assault” rifle an “assault” rifle. They won’t be able to tell you. They’re utterly clueless. No worries though. I have a handy meme that will help!

Politicians may lack courage to stand up to NRA. But Dick’s Sporting Goods, USA’s largest sporting goods retailer, will stop selling assault-style weapons and raise minimum age for all gun sales to 21.

This just goes to show that liberals are only interested in companies and government officials making feel-good moves. Dicks’ decision will do precisely NOTHING to protect kids in schools, yet liberals are taking this as some sort of momentous victory.
