France Blames US Air Conditioning For Their Hot Temperatures.

The deputy mayor of Paris, Audrey Pulvar, has decided that it’s too hot in France and it’s all America’s fault. Because of course it is. She claims that because of our usage of air conditioning, there is a record breaking heatwave coursing through Europe. There is a heatwave in Europe, and more than 1,300 people have died. It’s a serious thing and it’s honestly crazy. But is America to blame? I just feel like, no. Maybe Europe can learn a thing or two from America and install some AC units. Just a thought. I live in Florida. It’s hot as crap here almost all the time. I also know that it was 102 degrees with a real feel of 109 in Germany the other day when it was only in the 90s here. So, it’s a serious heatwave and they are for sure unprepared for it. But to blame America is insane.

She posted on Instagram, “Dear American journalists and social media ‘influencers’: for days, some of you have been criticizing and making fun of Paris because the city does not have A/C in every room. OMG, this is so rich.” She then stated, “If every American city made the same ecological transition efforts as Paris and many European cities, believe me, the whole world would be better off. Yeah, here’s the thing, Audrey. No. It’s not our fault some French people came to America for the World Cup, realized this AC thing is pretty cool, and decided to trash your country. Air conditioning was invented for a reason. Maybe you should try it.
