He’s totally right. My dad used to launch our own personal General Lee while running errands to Dollar General, right after we dropped Opie off at Aunt Bee’s house.
The only comforting thing about this trainwreck of an attempt to seem relatable were the giggles I heard in the background. He really should have committed to the bit a little bit more. Maybe wore some bibs or talked about how much he loves Casey’s. The country folk would have really loved that.
