Another Win For President Trump!

The wins keep coming and they don’t stop coming.  President Trump was awarded another legal victory today when the New York Court of Appeals threw out the ridiculous fraud penalty case brought on by Letitia James.  Big Tish is big mad right now.

The opinion released by the Judges stated, “While the injunctive relief ordered by the court is well crafted to curb defendants’ business culture, the court’s disgorgement order, which directs that defendants pay nearly half a billion dollars to the State of New York, is an excessive fine that violates the Eight Amendment of the United States Constitution.” Oh reeeeaaaallllyyyy.  As an attorney, you would think Tish would have known that.  Then again, psychotic Justice Engoron should have known that too.  But they are all just too blinded by their own TDS bias to care about that.
