This doesn’t seem farfetched. I believe that reproductive organs removed from females of childbearing age who are transitioning into males, could be later used for transplanting into males who are transitioning into females. We’ve heard about adverse effects of “gender reassignment” surgeries, so what makes the proponents think this procedure would be without adverse effects of its own?
