April 1, 2024To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Joe Biden, who claims to be a practicing Catholic, just took one of, if not the, most holy days in Christianity and gave it a big fat middle finger. The absolute audacity of this man. He/whoever is running the show (Obama) is completely unhinged.
First, he banned anything religious from the White House Easter Egg hunt. Every year the President hosts an Easter Egg hunt for children on the White House lawn. This year, Joe decided that Easter, the holiday where we celebrate Christ rising from the grave and defeating death, should have no religious undertones. Ummm, excuse me, but does he even know what this holiday is about? Not a freaking bunny.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Biden went ahead and slapped all Christians in the face when he decided that March 31st, which happens to be Easter Sunday this year, will now be Transgender Day of Visibility. Because the entire month of June that we have to see Pride stuff everywhere isn’t enough. We now need to give over the holiest of holidays.
Joe Biden is an absolute disgrace to our country. How any Christian can vote Democrat already baffled me, but this has set me over the edge. If you’re a Christian and planning on voting for Biden again, you really need to take a good hard look at what exactly this man stands for.

I’m no fan of Biden, but… he made the original proclamation 3 years ago… and apparently it’s been a thing for 15 years. This isn’t really new news, and had nothing to do with Easter.

Politics these days just ticks me off too much to get involved too often. Everyone wants to self-insulate in their echo chambers, and all I can do is shake my fist at the sky lol. Good to still see some familiar names though!
Agreed, and it is driving everyone insane. There have been a few people I used to watch that I had to move on from because of it (the Chicks aren’t in that category).
Also, this site is mostly dead. I think everybody is over on their Locals. There are barely any articles here anymore and almost no comments. I can’t even think of the last time Mock or Daisy posted. Maybe a year or two ago?
I quit voting Democrat because of their antagonism towards Christianity and the threats they pose to our religious freedoms. Without religious freedoms, there’s none of the liberty from the hand of God, no matter what that woman who complained about it, says.

Do people still not see what is happening?
What is the core tenet of Judaism and Christianity? God is infallible.
What is the core tenet of “transgenderism”? They were born in the wrong body.
Those two are incompatible. Therefore, the push for the mainstreaming of the nutballs is a direct assault on Judaism and Christianity. Is it any surprise they are coming after the most holy day?
Also, any priest with a pair should excommunicate all purveyors of this evil immediately.
