You may remember the Colorado v. Trump battle happening where the state of Colorado doesn’t want Trump on the primary ballot. They are trying to say that Trump can’t be on the ballot because the 14th Amendment disqualified convicted members of the Confederacy from holding office. Let’s just ignore the fact that Trump has yet to actually be convicted of anything and in America you are innocent until proven guilty. Freaking liberals, man. They’re so annoying.
The Colorado Supreme Court made the decision to remove Trump from the ballot, so he of course appealed that decision. The case made its way to the Supreme Court today, and I’m not a psychic, but it’s looking pretty good for Trump. Colorado’s attorneys got embarrassed in court today.
Justice Gorsuch just took a sledge hammer to Colorado's entire argument for keeping Trump off the ballot:

SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts poses hypothetical to Colorado voters’ attorney about what could happen if the state is allowed to disqualify Trump from the 2024 ballot:

Even the left leaning Justices sound like they’re siding with Trump on this one.

Again, I’m not a psychic, so I don’t actually know. But after everything I heard today, I would be shocked if it wasn’t a 9-0 decision to put him back on the ballot, or at least 8-1. Either way, it’s looking good for Trump and he seemed pretty pleased by the, “Very beautiful process.”
