Palestinians are on the bottom rung of the Arab social ladder; all other Arabs look down on them. Imagine having a worthless brother-in-law from a mobile home park in Appalachia ask to move in with you. Of course you’re going to say “NO”, but you’ll give him some money because “he’s family”. Saudis, Jordanians, Egyptians, keep throwing a few bucks into Gaza and let the Israelis deal with them.
