Ya know, there’s a section on every employment application where you can mark if you deal with a disability.

I feel like it would serve a greater purpose for employers if they moved the “gender selection box” under the same section that covers disabilities. Of course THIS gender selection box will include anything that isn’t male or female.

Let’s be real, if you have a disability, you need accommodations, and the employer needs to be aware of that.

If these folks need a pronoun accommodation for their mental disability, then let’s call a spade a spade.

She said she went to the BEACH because she was so mad after her preferred pronouns weren’t used.

She doesn’t even realize how freaking privileged she is.
