I’m a straightforward guy. I don’t play games, and I don’t enjoy the modern swipe culture where everything is based on quick impressions and ego boosts. After getting tired of empty conversations and short-term dates, I started reading about international dating. Ukrainian women kept coming up in those discussions—feminine, loyal, serious about relationships—so I decided to see if that was true. That’s how I landed on https://luludate.com/ The atmosphere on LuluDate feels nothing like the usual dating apps. The women actually show character and intention. I didn’t come here to be entertained by small talk; I came here to meet someone I could build a life with. And I can confidently say I’ve had better conversations in a few weeks here than in the last few years elsewhere.
What I like is that you can take your time getting to know someone. The women don’t disappear mid-conversation, and they don’t treat every chat like a competition. One woman I talk to now is incredibly grounded—she works, takes care of her family, and still manages to stay positive and feminine. Another was very open about wanting a stable partner she could trust.
I appreciate that LuluDate lets me filter based on what truly matters—values, intentions, lifestyle. I’m now focused on a woman I feel real chemistry with. We talk regularly, and it doesn’t feel forced or distant. I don’t know where things will go yet, but at least I finally feel like I’m investing my time in something meaningful. For a man like me, that makes all the difference.
If you could ban one genre of music out right, what would it be and why would it be country?
The first song kind of hit me right in the feels when he howled, “you don’t have to be beautiful”, the only thing I could think was you don’t need to know how to sing either, apparently.
Here shameless plug for my little brother. (Yes, I had to listen to his crap while growing up.)

If you could ban one genre of music out right, what would it be? Not a big fan of country but I would ban rap/hiphop.
I’m not much of a Prince fan, but these renditions are awesome!
