August 8, 2023Remember when Biden was never going to forget the 13 Marines that were killed in the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan? But he is a big fat liar and immediately forgot all about them. Because he’s the actual worst. Remember when he said, “With all of my heart, I believe this is the right decision, a wise decision, and the best decision for America?”
Families of the 13 Marines were invited to speak at a Congressional forum, and it didn’t go well for the Biden Administration. It wasn’t a wise decision, it was poorly executed and many people suffered because of it. In the words of Christy Shamblin, “To call it a success in an ultimate disrespect.”
One father was calling for resignations.
The problem is Joe Biden, and the rest involved in this mess, will never admit to their mistakes. Instead, he tried to tell these mothers and fathers that he understands. Losing a child must be the hardest thing, so I’m not going to discredit how hard it was for the Biden’s to lose their son. But to say that it’s the same as what these people are facing is not okay. Especially when he was the one that caused it.
Joe has lied about Beau’s death so many times that I don’t know if he now truly believes he was killed in Iraq or if he was just using it to try and be relatable after he caused the death of this woman’s son.
Joe said he wouldn’t forget them. But he did. There was no justice and he never spoke about it again. But you know who didn’t forget? The families that have been completely shattered because of it. Never forget their names.

Our sons, who are also Marines, knew one of the young men who died that day. They will also never forget, though the Important People in Washington couldn’t care less.
I am mystified why Kabul was used instead of Bagram Air Base. That strikes me as really stupid. I wonder who made that decision. Also, in a retrograde operation all equipment is either removed or destroyed. Also, we should have lived up to our commitment to remove those who served at our side.
D Day was considered a success (even though they failed to achieve most of their objectives) and there were at least 4,400 dead on the Allied side. There were 13 deaths during the course of the Afghanistan withdrawal and Biden considers it a success. The key difference here is that D Day was necessary. The Afghanistan withdrawal did not have to be as bad as it was. No one needed to die during the withdrawal yet Biden’s incompetence ended the lives of 13 servicemembers.
