Sen. Rand Paul Refers Fauci To DOJ AGAIN After Recent Email Release Shows He Lied To Congress

Senator Rand Paul has been after Anthony Fauci for a long time. He seems to be one of the few who cares that Fauci was complicit in creating and then weaponizing the Covid pandemic. After being brought before Congress to answer for his crimes, he lied nonstop and with impunity about his NIH funding the illegal gain-of-function research that created the Covid virus responsible for the pandemic. He claimed that he/his organization “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” despite the fact that Fauci himself, as the Director of the NIAID, was responsible for signing off on the research grands that did fund such gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Here’s that exchange, which should never be forgotten.

Now, the proof of his lies is piling up even more as an email was recently released in which Dr. Fauci admits that the research being conducted in the Wuhan lab was gain-of-function, a fact which has already been confirmed in other emails from other individuals in Fauci’s office. He knew it was happening, he knew he was funding it, he knew it was illegal and dangerous, and then he lied about it when it led to a global pandemic that destroyed nations, wrecked economies, and took countless lives.

In light of this, Senator Paul has once again referred Dr. Fauci to the DOJ to be held accountable for lying to Congress. While I appreciate Senator Rand Paul’s moral fortitude and dedication to truth and the American People, I doubt the DOJ will do anything. I’m sure they’ll pull a Secret Service and conclude their investigation without finding anything actionable and expect everyone to just move on like they aren’t horrifyingly corrupt and partisan. Then they’ll probably turn their attention to more important things like investigating school board moms or cisgendered white conservative christian males generally.
