The MSM’s Terrifying Take On Ruling Preventing Government Collusion To Censor On Social Media

A federal judge just ruled that government officials and government agencies cannot coerce or collude with social media companies to censor content and therefore restrict Americans’ first amendment free speech rights.

Considering the rampant censorship we know has been happening on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., this is a huge win for American civil liberties and constitutional freedoms. Honestly, it’s tragic that a judge actually had to remind the government that they still aren’t allowed to censor American speech just because they don’t like the things being said. But that’s the reality of where we are in this nation now.

Equally tragic is the mainstream media’s take on the ruling. It’s exactly as partisan as you might expect from the captured and corrupt State propaganda establishment that calls themselves a “free press.” Check out these headlines from some major mainstream media “news” organizations.

I’m still flabbergasted by their insistance that Big Government carefully curating and manipulating information available to the public is “fighting disinformation.” It’s simply fighting other information. You know, all the information they would prefer you didn’t have available to you. It doesn’t have to be, and rarely is, actual disinformation. And how bizarre that they’re pretending like it’s a tragedy that we’re stopping the government from having “enhanced coordination” with social media companies to manipulate public information. Of course, we all know that “enhanced coordination” is really Newspeak for “collusion.” That’s what they were doing. They were colluding with social media companies to censor the American public in order to control the narratives and prevent certain information from being posted or made available to the public.

We know they were doing this because there is ample evidence of it from the Twitter files, whistleblowers, etc. We know that government organizations were quite literally paying and colluding with major companies to censor certain information they didn’t like, much of which was undeniably and verifiably true. Yet they continue to pretend like it wasn’t happening and that even if it was happening, it’s a good thing.
