Oklahoma Parent Files Lawsuit: 15-Year-Old Daughter Was Violently Beaten By Transgender Student In The Girls’ Bathroom

According to this source and this source, two female students were injured after being “reportedly assaulted by a trans-identified male student in the women’s restroom at a high school in Edmond, Oklahoma.”

One of those students’ parents has filed a lawsuit and is seeking $75,000. For the record, if that were my daughter? I wouldn’t be so kind.

This source obtained a police report “related to a violent assault that took place in a women’s washroom at Edmond Memorial High School. The report, dated October 26, reveals that a trans-identified male student was handed a juvenile summons after two female students were left with injuries following a fight he had reportedly initiated with them in the women’s washroom.

On October 26 at approximately 8 a.m., police responded to reports of a fight that had broken out at Memorial High School in the small community of Edmond, Oklahoma. Upon arriving, the officer found a female student with injuries to her face and head at the nurse’s station.

The attending officer noted the female victim had “several red areas” on her face, and that both of her eyes were beginning to swell. The officer conducted an interview with the victim, whose full name was redacted due to her age.

The female student advised the officer that a trans-identified student, indicated by the letter A, had approached her in the women’s washroom while she was speaking to friends. She explained that A had tried to talk to her and she had ignored him, at which point A began to get angry and asked if she “wanted to fight” while approaching her with balled fists.

A little interjection here. According to the report, the girl did what I TELL MY 13-year old daughter to do all the time. If someone is fighting in the halls? Walk away. If someone tries to engage you in a fight? Ignore them and/or walk away. If someone picks on you? Be the better person and again – ignore them. According to the report, it seems as though this girl at least attempted to do that. This is what can be inferred, anyway.

But also according to the report, this is what actually happened to her when she tried to ignore the biological male-who-identifies-as-female who came into the girls’ restroom:

The victim said that the trans-identified student then hit her in the face, and she indicated in her statement that she was not strong enough to fight back due to the force of the blow.

You catch that? She wasn’t STRONG ENOUGH to fight back against the biological-male-who-identifies-as-female, y’all. Anyone want to guess as to why that was?

The transgender student pulled the girl’s hair and forced her to the ground, at which point he began to kick her in the face and punch her repeatedly.

So, the biological-dude-who-identifies-as-female-and-uses-female-pronouns attacked this girl IN THE GIRLS’ RESTROOM. Where exactly are the feminists on this one? Anyone?

(Oh, that’s right. Feminists only care about killing female babies in the womb. I forgot for a millisecond.)

The victim’s friend (who is also a girl) was in the restroom at the time and tried to intervene, asked the biological-dude-who-identifies-as-a-female to stop, and nope. That didn’t happen. So she, too, got punched twice on the left side of her face by biological-dude-who-identifies-as-a-female when she allegedly attempted to step in and stop the assault.

The female student who was initially attacked is listed as having injuries to her “eye, face, and head with a possible concussion.” She was also experiencing blurry vision, dizziness, and nausea at the time of the police report.

Of course, biological dude’s Mom “appears to have attempted to blame the victim for the assault, claiming that the girl had “made fun” of (biological dude) for being transgender.”

Her skirt must’ve been too short. Or something. Right, feminists?

Keep in mind that this all took place at a TAXPAYER-FUNDED SCHOOL. We can all thank all progressive Democrats and their anti-women policies for these types situations. Mark my words, they’ll continue to happen and they’ll just get worse. So will instances like them in girls’ sports. Don’t forget them when you go to the polls in 2024. And while you’re at it, teach your girls to fight back, too, because Lord knows that progressive-leftists are doing everything in their power to erase them completely.
