Of course the Deputy Energy Secretary doesn’t have a good answer for him, because these yahoos never DO. It’s OUR money, after all. It’s not theirs, so whaddotheycare?

What a great time to be a Democrat “grilled” during a Senate hearing or judicial nomination. You don’t have to show competence or common sense to prove your merit. Be sure to spout annoying lines like, “thank you for that question” and “I’ll have to get back to you on that.” After all, you got your job based on party loyalty and the media will bury “oopsies” on camera.
