Just this week, four governmental top dogs have claimed they were somehow unaware of major things that fall directly under their professional purview. I don’t know if this is a case of willful ignorance, plain stupidity, or blatant dishonesty. Regardless, it should be extremely concerning that the people in charge apparently don’t know what’s going on under their own noses. Here are the four big ones this week.
Attorney General Merrick Garland, the head of the Department of Justice, claimed that he was not aware that US Marshals were instructed to “avoid” arresting the protesters who congregated outside the houses of Supreme Court justices in the wake of the leaked Roe v. Wade draft decision. This is an extremely partisan political directive to protect Leftist protesters in an extremely politically charged situation. This is kind of huge. And the fact that the guy in charge didn’t know that his people were being told avoid arresting certain political protesters is frightening, especially considering the current social frustration with partisanship within the Department of Justice. If he didn’t know about this, what else doesn’t he know about?

Then there’s Secretary Austin, the head of the Department of Defense, who claimed he didn’t know that the DOD was funding drag queen events on military bases. Again, this is a hugely partisan political and ideological issue where at least half of the country is opposed to these kinds of activity, not to mention taxpayers funding these kinds of activity. This is the guy in charge, the guy ultimately responsible for everything that the DOD does, and he’s saying he had no idea that this is happening? Frightening to consider what else he might not know is happening within the DOD.

AUSTIN: "Drag shows are not something that the DOD supports or funds."
GAETZ: "You think hosting a drag queen story hour on a military base isn't supporting the drag queen story hour?"
AUSTIN: "I stand by what I just said." pic.twitter.com/um8uGu1vos
Next up is the Secretary Mayorkas, the head of the Department of Homeland Security. He claimed he had no idea what all these plastic wristbands are for that are perpetually discarded along the southern border as millions of illegal immigrants flood into the country. Do you remember when ignorant Leftists were mocking Trump for suggesting that coyotes were trafficking people across the border because these idiots actually thought he mean the small feral canine? They apparently had never heard the very common term “coyote,” meaning human trafficker, and they were left looking like the idiot. I guess Mayorkas is just as ignorant of how things work at the southern border, which is terrifying since it’s a pretty huge part of his job. These little plastic wristbands are used by human traffickers to identify and group their trafficking victims based on the debt they owe to the traffickers. If he really didn’t know this, why didn’t he know something so incredibly important about what’s happening at the disastrously open southern border?
Watched back some of DHS Secretary Mayorkas’ testimony yesterday and saw he claimed to not know about cartel wristbands used for human smuggling at border. That is remarkable, if true. At popular crossing areas in the RGV, you’ll find them discarded by the hundreds on US side. pic.twitter.com/AnHmm699SN

These bracelets allow cartels to track how much each migrant owes.

Last, but certainly not least, we have Lindsey Graham, a top Republican lawmaker in DC, claiming that he had no idea what kind of horrifying details are in the so-called “Restrict Act” which misleadingly claims to seek to ban TikTok as a security threat. This is the guy who supposedly co-sponsored it, and yet he claims to not even know some of the more terrifying things in the bill? If that’s true, then what other bills has he co-sponsored or voted on that had terrifying things included without him knowing? Can we trust anything he co-sponsors or does he just slap his name on things without even looking at them? The bill is truly terrifying and should never be passed because it isn’t really about TikTok. It’s about government being allowed to control and censor things if they can’t regulate them, and it gives immense power to the government to spy on the American people. But Lindsey Graham apparently didn’t even know that about his own bill. In fact, he had no idea what bill he was even discussing with Jesse Waters in this clip. Yikes!

They did not have any problem rounding up protesters from 1/6 after the fact. My understanding is they have more people from 1/6 they want to investigate, but somehow people protesting in front of SC judge’s homes can not be touched. We have them on film why not arrest them now?
news flash: elected officials are often dumber than snot, particularly republicrats. Appointed officials are even dumber. Appointments ae made to pay off supporters for getting funds donated or getting the votes to elect the appointer. The appointees have also sold their souls. Candidates have to sell their souls to the party to get party support.
