Woke Police Cancel ‘Dilbert’, Woody Harrelson STUNS SNL Audience, & Behar Attacks East Palestine

Holy crap. Everything has gotten so freaking dumb.

In case you hadn’t noticed, the Dilbert cartoon creator, Scott Adams, was canceled over the weekend. Gannett publications have all canceled Dilbert, various other local publications followed suit (NYT, WaPo, LA Times, San Antonio Express-News, USA Today, etc. etc.), and it was the biggest, stupidest overreaction in the history of ever. Today, his distributor canceled him too.

Why did he get canceled? Because he had a NORMAL REACTION to a recent Rasmussen poll which surveyed black people and found that as many as 47% believe it is NOT OK for people to be white or aren’t sure if it’s OK.

What the ACTUAL EFF. So a big percentage of the black population apparently doesn’t think it’s acceptable for white people to exist. Cool cool.

Scott Adams wasn’t about to ignore that stat, and spoke out about it on his podcast. Naturally a couple of cherry-picked clips went viral and completely missed the nuance of the entire conversation. They missed the fact that Scott Adams is a leftie who has long contributed time and money to help the black community, and even contributed to BLM until that organization was revealed to be a complete scam. They missed the part where Scott Adams believes that systemic racism exists and has contributed to problems in the black community. They missed the fact that Scott Adams said very clearly he doesn’t believe in any kind of discrimination against an individual based on race.

In fact, so much of the context was missing that the news media’s knee jerk response was the most anti-news, anti-journalistic action ever.

No one who is outraged by what he said can accurately even restate his opinion. That’s how stupid everything is right now.

Ours is a culture which has fed headline-only readers and short attention spans. Context and nuance are constantly ignored. We’re an instant gratification society, with an absolutely intractable case of collective ADD. And people love to pile on when they see a canceling in action. Scott knew there’d be fall-out, and has refused to back down (rightly). He’s made millions of dollars, is nearing retirement, and knows that this is an important conversation to have.

The black community has problems that Don Lemon has pointed out, and that Scott and Zeek agreed with those points. So obviously, the white guy’s gotta get the boot.

You wanna know who’s really responsible for the racial divide that Barack Obama started when he accused the police of “acting stupidly?” It’s the media themselves.

Scott Adams isn’t racist. Scott Adams is a practical person who has recognized that no amount of do-goodery for the black community will change the ever-growing perception of whites that has been injected into our culture thanks to absolute racist A$$HATS like Robin DiAngelo, Nicole Hannah Jones, Ibram Kendi, et al. They, along with a complicit media, are stoking the hate. Canceling Scott Adams is just another example.
