February 27, 2023Woody Harrelson hosted SNL this past Saturday. His monologue was mostly about smoking pot. It was pretty uncomfortable to watch. Although, I have to admit, I did laugh a few times. After talking about how much he loves to smoke pot and drink, he took a stab at Big Pharma and got a little anti-vaxxy.
He started discussing a script he said that he read in 2019. He stated the script was about, “The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes, and people can only come out if they take the cartel’s drugs and keep taking them over and over.”
A lot of people are mad at him, SNL, and Lorne Michaels, the creator of SNL.
While the monologue as a whole was not great, I did love this little dig. All the leftist getting mad about it just makes it even better. As far as I am aware, SNL has yet to comment on it. But I can assume they aren’t loving the response.
