Elderly Arizona Rancher Charged With Murder On His OWN LAND After Shooting Migrant With History Of Deportations; Judge Sets Bail At $1MIL

This story makes my blood boil, so brace yourselves.

According to the Daily Mail:

An Arizona rancher has been charged with first-degree murder and had his bail set at a whopping $1million for fatally shooting a Mexican citizen on his property.

George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested following the January 30 fatal shooting of Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, 48, on his ranch in Kino Springs, just a mile and a half north of the US-Mexico border.

Authorities are still investigating the fatal shooting, with the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s chief deputy saying it does not appear that Kelly knew Cuen-Butimea ahead of the shooting.

So the RANCHER has been arrested, and he’s probably going to jail and his bail has been set for a MILLION DOLLARS, and his elderly wife is now all alone on the property. You know, because illegals trespassed on his property, because our freaking useless President and this joke of an administration WON’T DO THEIR JOB AND SECURE THE BORDER.

This “migrant” broke the law. He trespassed. Technically, “under Arizona law, deadly force is allowed on one’s own property if the homeowner believes it ‘immediately necessary’ to prevent trespassing. Several other statutes — known as the ‘stand your ground’ laws — also defend the use of physical or deadly force when a homeowner fears a threat and believes force is necessary.“

Now, I have no idea yet what transpired between these two. It’s still “under investigation.” I don’t know if the migrant tried to get near the home, etc. If he did, then the whole “f**k around and find out” thing takes over. At least that’s how it’s done in the country. But never mind that. This rancher is in jail now, because BIDEN’S AMERICA. If the border wasn’t WIDE OPEN, this wouldn’t have happened to begin with. Period.

Kelly – the rancher – asked the judge if he could get his bail reduced, because his elderly wife is all alone at their ranch.

‘She’s there by herself… nobody to take care of her, the livestock or the ranch,’ he said, according to Nogales International.

It was denied, because gee – I wonder if the judge is a Democrat.

I hope that woman is armed and ready to defend herself and that ranch, because yikes.

Our border is completely OUT OF CONTROL, and law-abiding Americans are being put LAST while law-breaking illegals are being given carte blanche to do whatever the hell they please.

This administration – and anyone who supports them in any way – should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
