I gotta tell ya – this looks like a lot of hate is happening all up in this video. So is it considered a hate crime? Because people these days sure are quick to label things as hate crimes, and I sense a LOT of hate and rage going on here. Is it just me?

Stop being such cucks. The perpetrators were not stopped because they are black, and the girl was targeted because she is white. That simple.
It’s a racially motivated hate-crime, but nothing will happen because the victim is white and the aggressor is black: because that is the plan for America.
Connect the dots.
This was so hard to watch. I was bullied as a kid but thankfully (??) it was all verbal. I have no idea what would have happened to me had it been physical.
My daughter NEVER went into the bathrooms in high school unless it was the one in the band room. Middle school was okay since they had an aid sitting at the door signing kids in and out of the bathroom.
No, not a hate crime. But definitely bullying. It bothers me what most kids today consider bullying (“so-and-so doesn’t want to be my friend anymore” or other inane minor things) while we’re still faced with stuff like this.
As to the adults… Surely you’ve seen the videos of kids like this who beat up their own teachers. I’m guessing the adults weren’t looking to be ganged up on by the entire busload of kids. Not excusing it, but really, what would happen? The adults step in, kids start pounding them, and the adults aren’t allowed to defend themselves because these are children. They know the rules and take advantage. And this is part of why respect for adults goes down the drain.
Unfortunately, this isn’t confined to any particular community or subculture. It’s just more publicized with certain communities and subcultures.
This video was hard for me to watch since I was bullied and often the adults did absolutely NOTHING. I had a bonehead substitute teacher say that the brat who slapped me in fourth grade “liked me and was only playing”. If that’s the case, when Bull O’Connor set police dogs and fire hoses upon peaceful civil rights marchers, he was “only playing” and “liked them”. My heart goes out to that little girl and I hope her Mom sues the snot out of that school to the point of it having to close. This incident is a clear case for homeschooling and school vouchers. It seems to me that the attacker saw viral videos of beatings, became jaded and thinks it’s okay if he did it.
I had a similar problem 30 years ago with my daughter,at which time I paid a visit to the drivers boss with a baseball bat and discussed what should be done.Driver fired and no more problems with adult supervision on the bus the other kids involved got visits to their homes and baseball discussions with their parents problem solved. Was a small town and everyone knew you did not want to frack around that crazy biker guys kids,in conclusion I have to say that sometimes violence is the only and proper way to deal with things, and after 70 years of life that unfortunately seems to be true.
Very effective way to stop the bullying. I learned at an early age that the best way to combat bullies was to stand up to them. I would have been the first to jump into this fray to help this girl if I had been a kid on that bus let alone an adult! But then I was always told by family and friends I’d get killed one day for taking it a step too far but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.
I hope the driver and any other adults on the bus are fired or severely reprimanded and of course charges pressed against the kids who beat her up.
