CA Public Health Dept. No Longer Pursing COVID Vaccine Requirement For K-12 Schools

In California, there are no vaccine exemptions for school children. None whatsoever for any reason. They have a “no shots, no school” policy, which they aggressively display everywhere they possibly can. And for the last couple of years, Governor Gavin Newsom and his radical leftist governmental lackeys have been actively pursuing the addition of the COVID-19 vaccine to the list of vaccines required for government school attendance.

Most reasonable Americans have pointed out that children don’t need the COVID-19 vaccine as they aren’t at nearly the risk of COVID as other age demographics, nor is the COVID-19 vaccines very effective anyway. On top of it all, there are some serious health risks that are currently being investigated, making the risks of the “vaccine” itself not worth the minimal reward of injecting healthy children with a minimally tested and minimally effective therapeutic drug.

California has decided not to fight this battle. The AP has announced that “California won’t require COVID vaccine to attend schools.” I wonder if it’s because they realize that as Blue as California is, even Californians don’t like when the government messes with their kids.

Additionally, the state of “emergency” in California is set to officially end on February 28th. And it’s a dang good thing, too. I’m unfortunately in California right now due to my husband’s military orders and y’all, it’s exactly as bad as you might think. My local vet’s office is locked down tighter than communist China. They have a permanently locked door and people have to be buzzed into the door by staff. But they won’t buzz you in if you’re to wearing the proper mask in the proper way, or if you have more than one person accompanying your pet. Oh, and the majority of vet visits, you aren’t even allowed in the building with your pet. You’re left out on the sidewalk behind the locked front door. Last week they cracked an exterior window and slid a clipboard out to me to send in my credit card for payment, then slid the receipt out for me to sign. THROUGH AN EXTERIOR WINDOW AS I’M LOCKED OUT ON THE SIDEWALK! It’s absolutely outrageous and patently ridiculous.
