PA Dem Gov. Shapiro Eliminates Four-Year Degree Requirement For Most Government Jobs

Pennsylvania’s newly elected Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro just signed an executive order titled, “Creating Opportunity by Prioritizing Work Experience for State Government Jobs.” It will effectively eliminate the requirement of a four-year degree for 92% of state government jobs, opening those jobs to nondegree-holding candidates who were previously deemed unqualified.

And you know what? I think it might be a decent idea. It might even be a better idea than they even realize. Considering the current state of academia, which is basically a radical woke leftist indoctrination complex, perhaps it’s best that government job candidates not be required to get four years of professional radical woke leftist indoctrination before entering government careers.

Not only that, consider how many useless degrees are being “earned” from these radical woke leftist colleges and universities (which Biden wants us to pay for). A job candidate may have a 4 year degree in intersectional genderfluid sustainable underwater basketweaving, but does that make them more qualified than someone with job-related practical experience but no degree? I don’t think it does.
