I’m honestly shocked that we’re at a place in society where we actually have to pass a law requiring that someone get medical attention for their baby after they tried and failed to kill them. That’s where we are. Today, the new Republican-led House of Representatives discussed a bill that would require “medical care after abortion procedures,” which honestly seems like a no-brainer. But Democrats actually argued against this bill. They tried to claim that requiring living aborted babies to be taken to a hospital actually “endangered” their life because they might die on the way to the hospital that could be far away. Uh… you mean the baby that just miraculously survived being killed by a so-called medical ‘professional,’ and that is usually just left to die on the table? It might endanger that baby’s life?
Ultimately, the House passed the bill with every Republican voting Yes and every Democrat voting No except for two, one of whom only voted as Present.

This bill also condemns the 78 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers and 100 attacks on churches that have occurred since the leak of the Dobbs decision draft. Hilariously, Nadler had a little something to say on this subject as well, claiming that condemning the violence against pro-life pregnancy centers and churches would somehow “inadvertently send a signal to anti-abortion extremists that violence against abortion providers is justified.” This makes about as much sense as arguing that a drive to the hospital endangers the life of a baby who would otherwise be left in a bucket to die.
Woke Activist @RepJerryNadler: "I am concerned that [this resolution condemning attacks on crisis pregnancy centers] will inadvertently send a signal to anti-abortion extremists that violence against abortion providers is justified."
