In a recent interview Michelle Obama stated that she didn’t wear braids when her husband was president because we just weren’t “ready.” Okay, Michelle. She stated that, “As First Lady, I did not wear braids. Being the first – yeah, we had to ease up on the people.” What the actual heck? She’s so freaking annoying, I can’t even deal with her.
.@MichelleObama: “As black women we deal with it, the whole thing about do you show up with your natural hair? … As First Lady, I did not wear braids. Being the first – yeah, we had to ease up on the people … I was like, it would be easier. Nope, nope. They’re not ready.” pic.twitter.com/HwGluEo9a5

Right, because we have never seen a black woman with natural hair before. We are just too white we couldn’t handle it! But that’s not racist, right? Just assuming that all of America can’t deal with a black woman wearing her hair natural because we would somehow be offended or in shock isn’t racist. Nope, not racist to assume that at all.
In fact, according to CNN, it’s actually America as a whole that is racist. That is why she couldn’t wear her hair natural. Supposedly, according to CNN, it’s because of the ridicule she just knew she would receive. After airing the clip of Michelle Obama, CNN went on to discuss the racism black people, and women in particular, face due to their hair. Because literally everything is racist and there is nothing important actually going on in our country right now. So naturally this is what they’re talking about.
My issue with this whole thing is that the Obamas say they wanted to be a good representation to kids that felt like “outsiders.” If that’s truly how they felt, why wouldn’t she take that opportunity to wear her hair natural and show young black girls that it’s beautiful? Oh, that’s right, because they didn’t actually care. They just cared about destroying the country for 8 years.
Also, I don’t know about you, but I have never once given Michelle Obama’s hair one ounce of thought until I saw this clip. I guess I was too busy thinking about how she hates America and how her husband was dividing and ruining our country. But that’s just me.
Kimberly Klacik responded to the comment by tweeting out some old photos of Michelle for us.
If you look at older pics of her & Barry, you will see she wore her hair straight in almost all of them. pic.twitter.com/IRiH3mWuK4

What’s that? She has her hair straight in the old photos too? Weird. I thought she only wore it like that because she was the First Lady and we weren’t ready. She’s trying so hard to sound relatable and to be relevant. The constant virtue signaling from the left is so obnoxious. Yet, people eat that crap up with a spoon. Don’t blame all of America for your insecurity to not wear your hair the way you wanted, and stop trying to make every little thing racist. We actually don’t give a crap about you, or how you wear your hair, Michelle.

Only in America can a Black Man rise to the position of First Lady and then still claim America is “Racist”….
Yes. Michelle Obama is perhaps the biggest racist of them all.
When Michelle was First Lady, I was more concerned about the content of her character than her hair. (Or as MLK would have said, “the color of her skin”) Pretty sure that makes me a racist, cuz these days liberals don’t care to much for MLK and his platitudes anymore.
I’m black and share the same concerns as Danielle about the dangers that the Obamas posed to America, rather than how Michelle wore her hair. She’s always looking for something to make a racial issue out of. Then again, during the Obama regime, everything became a racial issue with those around me.
I have to say, I think Michelle O is one of the most dangerous people in America, because she has an almost cult-like following that stretches beyond the “normal” Democratic party lines. If she announced a bid for President (please, please, please God don’t let it happen!) I’m pretty sure she would instantly be the Democratic nominee, and she would have a better than good chance of actually winning, especially if (when) Trump becomes the Republican nominee.
Think about the damage that such a self-centered, America-hating racist could do with access to real power in the Oval Office.
Counterpoint: she wasn’t ready to wear her hair that way
