The NY Supreme court ruled on Tuesday that all employees that were fired for not getting the Covid vaccine are to be reinstated, complete with back pay. All I have to say is, it’s about dang time!

NY State Supreme Court reinstates all fired unvaccinated employees, orders backpay, says the state violated rights, acted arbitrary & capricious, notes:“Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19.”https://t.co/nvOsWfa56S pic.twitter.com/WhH4wje2bQ
The state says they violated rights of the citizens (yeah they did!), and that being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid. It’s almost like people on the right haven’t been screaming this for years. But hey, better late than never I guess.
Now we need other states to jump on board. You know what would also be nice? For the military to start reinstating those they fired as well, including their pensions. But considering Biden just decided today that Covid is an emergency again and is trying to scare people into getting the newest booster, I don’t see that happening any time soon. Which is a complete and total shame.

Well. There never ever should of been any lockdowns or mandates of any kind from the very beginning.
I disagree. The first 15 days to gather some data about the virus was at least warranted since it was an unknown. Everything beyond that was either the worst idea to do at the time, politically motivated, testing hypotheses on a massive scale (which I believe is illegal), or some combination thereof.
