This week, NBC’s Dasha Burns got a sit-down interview with Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman, who recently suffered a serious stroke. During the course of the interview, Fetterman’s obvious cognitive issues were front and center as NBC actually provided a closed captioning screen to transcribe Burns’ questions for Fetterman to read before responding, as he continues to have comprehension difficulties. As part of her interview, Burns accurately reported that “In small talk before the interview without captioning, it wasn’t clear he was understanding our conversation.”

This is actually an incredibly important thing for voters to understand. Can this man understand things sufficient to perform the duties of the office to which he seeks election? If the public had been allowed to see the real extent of Biden’s cognitive decline, would some have voted differently? Burns felt it was her duty to be honest about the interview and the interaction rather than trying to manipulate the public into believing a false narrative about Fetterman’s fitness for duty.
But the ladies at The View think that her honesty about his cognitive decline was “inappropriate” to mention, and that she abandoned her journalistic integrity by not pretending that he was completely mentally competent. They’re just mad that by telling the truth about how bad his cognition really is, some Pennsylvania voters might not vote for him out of fear for whether he would be able to appropriately represent their interests and fulfill his duties. In fact, in the course of the interview, he couldn’t even answer a simple and direct yes/no question. How’s he supposed to vote on legislation in the Senate? These ladies on The View don’t care about being honest with the America people or what’s in our best interest. They care about political power for their party, no matter what it costs us.

"Maybe she's bad at small talk! Maybe it's her!" Whoopi chides.

Are we still a Constitutional Republic?
Obviously, the people who make the decisions in the Executive Branch is not Biden or his VP. We don’t vote for policy, we vote for specific persons. For example, if Reagan when he was president started pushing to confiscate all private property, he would still be the elected President, even though he was pushing communist policies. So, how are nonelected executive branch employees making the decisions for Biden and Harris not a coup? If Biden is not making the executive decisions, who is?
Our Congress needs to find out who is exactly our President. I.e. who is the final decision maker in the Executive Branch.
If they are doing this in the Executive Branch, then why wouldn’t they be doing it in the Legislative Branch? Are all our Federal elected officials just figure heads, and who usurped their authority? Congress needs to find out who actually wields the power and get it back under the control of we the people. Is the deep state running the whole government now, and why?
A senator who must blink twice for “yes” — a warm body is really all Democrats need. He’ll be a mere rubber stamp for all Green New Deal dealings that Chuck Schumer wants anyway.
This is messed up on so many levels and sadly is the norm for Democrats.
