Y’all, it gets more absurd every single day. Check this out. Drew Barrymore recently posted a TikTok of her frolicking in the rain, which is something she’s done before because, presumably, frolicking in the rain brings her joy. She records her joyful self laughing and shaking her hair in the rain, and then posts it to TikTok where it got millions of interactions.
Which clearly makes her a racist. You read that right–this makes her a racist. Here’s Drew Barrymore’s video and then the video explaining how she’s a racist.

If that bizarre leap from frolicking in the rain to being racist confuses you, you’re not alone. So let me try to explain.
Back in May, there was apparently a TikTok trend of black men frolicking in nature. According to social commentary on the subject, black men do not generally frolic in nature, so it was impactful to see black men posting videos of themselves frolicking in nature. Here are some examples. And y’all, it’s beautiful. Joyfulness in nature is beautiful and it has nothing to do with gender or with the color of a person’s skin.
@thexsadxoptimistic How many of y’all can say y’all frolicked before⁉️ #BlackBoyJoy #BigEnergy

And then black women picked up the trend and started posting videos of them frolicking in nature. Here are some examples. And they’re also beautiful. Joyful frolicking in nature IS BEAUTIFUL!

So how DARE Drew Barrymore, a white woman, do something that black men and women have also done! That is cultural appropriation and it undermines the creativity of these black content creators. Apparently, frolicking in the rain is a life experience now exclusive to black people. And white women who pretend to also experience joyful rain frolicking “dismiss and disrespect the boundaries that black creators have set.” I guess black content creators have called dibs on frolicking in the rain, so no one else is allowed to do it unless they belong to a group designated by the woke mob as being MORE victimized.
According to the rules of intersectionality, gay white men, as a hypothetical example, cannot frolic in the rain because they are considered by the woke mob to be LESS oppressed and victimized than black men, thus their rain frolicking would be considered racist. As for queer white people, their place on the intersectionality chart is. . . hotly debated. Some say that white people identifying as queer is racist because white people created, perpetuated, and benefited from the gender binary, so it’s racist of them to suddenly think they are allowed to be queer. No, I’m not joking. But then others say that queer gender identity oppression trumps racial identity oppression. It’s a tough spot for already confused people to be in.
This lady even created a response video to explain herself, which was exactly as confusing as her original. She explains that “She was frolicking in the rain, which meant she opened the flood gates for people who go out of their way to disrespect black creators.”

Oops, I got ahead of myself and didn’t read the article! I’d like to know what Mimzey has to say about the scene in the 1970 version of “Jane Eyre” though nothing was joyful about it, when Helen Burns was forced to stand outside in the rain as punishment? Would she also consider that appropriation since slaves were sometimes forced to work in the rain and other kinds of inclement weather, sometimes resulting in illnesses that led to death?
So when I am out working in an all day rain on a 40 degree day, soaked to the bone, fingers and toes (and other parts) “pickled” from being wet so long, so cold I can barely move, is that racist? What if I splash through a puddle for a tiny break in the miserable day?
What does this killjoy do with “I Can’t Stand The Rain” by Ann Peebles, “Walking In The Rain (With The One I Love)” by Love Unlimited and Barry White, “I Wish It Would Rain” by The Temptations, “Purple Rain” by Prince and “In The Rain” by The Dramatics? All said songs are were/are performed by black American artists. I get so sick of black leftists making a racial issue out of everything and taking the fun out of this one. I just told Mom about what this woman said about the pleasures of strolling in the rain and Mom said she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Leftists are so asinine!
Well, it is also winter. Do you think we can get any of these woke groups to call dibs on snow shoveling so I don’t have to suffer watching the wife shovel the sidewalk? /sarc.
Sorry. Should have been. “Well, it is almost winter.”
Clearly since snow is white and covers everything it’s removal should be considered an anti racist action as you are putting a stop to white supremacy of the ground.
