One needs only to look at his obsession with sunbathing and a need to stay in political office SO MUCH that he’ll switch parties at a moment’s notice if he thinks it’ll secure him a political victory. He’s a shapeshifter, which is probably why he’s such a fan of Joe Biden, who happily changes his mind anytime he thinks it’ll be politically expedient to do so.
