If you didn’t see this coming, then you haven’t been paying attention. Watch the very telling moment when an Army vet is arrested by British police because “Someone has been caused anxiety based on [his] social media post.”
That’s right, his social media post offended someone and now he’s under arrest. Seriously seems more like they’re the Orwellian thought police.

Darren Brady, 51, was arrested after retweeting a meme showing a swastika made out of four rotated Pride flags, as shown below. The original post was made by actor-turned-social commentator and activist Laurence Fox, who was locked out of his Twitter account for the post. According to Fox, the meme exemplified his belief that Pride month is “enforced with a sense of hectoring authoritarianism.”

The officers initially offered to reduce the severity of his crime if he paid £80 for an “educational course,” presumably to reeducate him on how his views and opinions are “wrong.” I find it hilarious that they wanted him to pay to be sent to a reeducation camp for his wrongthink. Just adding insult to injury, if you ask me. If you’re going to be reeducated by the state, they should at least have the decency to pay for it themselves and not make YOU pay for your own ideological reeducation.
Brady said he would think about their offer and they agreed to return another time. When they returned, Mr. Brady refused the offer. Mr. Fox (from the initial pride flag post) and Harry Miller, an associate from the Bad Law project, had been contacted for assistance after the initial reeducation offer and were present when officers returned. The three men prevented the officers from entering the residence, and both Brady and Miller were subsequently arrested. A Hampshire Constabulary statement explained,
“When officers arrived they were prevented from entering the address to discuss a potential resolution to the matter. As a result, officers felt it was necessary to arrest a man at the scene so they could interview him in relation to the alleged offense.”
Here’s a video that shows more footage of the interaction and arrest.
And for those who say, “But this is in England, not America. This would never happen in America,” I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I’d like to sell you. This is exactly what the American thought police want to be able to do. The radical woke left and the leftist political establishment want to control what you say and think and eliminate all dissenting views and opinions, even if it’s through arrests like this one. In fact, especially if it’s through arrests like this one. There is no place for you and your opinions and values in their society. So if you won’t conform, you must be removed.

I love Lawrence Fox. He is a staunch conservative who refuses to bend the knee to the rage mob. Took on a feminazi on British TV over the Transgender thing hurting actual women. He gives ZERO Fs. And the fact that he tried to help this guy just makes me love him more. If you were wondering if you’ve ever seen anything he’s been in, if you are into British TV, he played a lead on Inspector Lewis, which was a follow-up to Inspector Morse. He’s done a few other things, some in the US.
Authoritarians hate it when people have rights. Fortunately, leftists in the US have discovered “red flag laws” are a convenient way to subvert those nasty things guaranteed in the Constitution. One phony phone call from an “offended” neighbor and you’re guilty until proven innocent.
Does the shoe fit on the other foot? If I call the police and say that a ton of far left media posts cause me “anxiety”, will they be arrested?
