Saw this on Twitter today and died LOL.
This 2017 video of an explosive rant from a developmental psychology professor about pomegranates should have been one of the earliest indicators that something wasn't right with the teachers. pic.twitter.com/E0CSVjmae4

You gotta love a professor melting down about pomegranates, amirite or amirite?
Anyway, I figured if I did a quick search for the context of this outburst, I’d find some sort of explanation, and I did. Sort of. See if this helps.
I don’t know about y’all, but I’m still not understanding the point the professor was trying to prove, and I was a freaking psych major in college. Granted, I’m a million years old and that was forever ago, but I don’t recall any of my professors feeling a need to act like stark raving lunatics to make a point.
Anyway. NO POMEGRANATES YOU GUYS.

Horse hocky. She is BSC and no explanation from her will change that. If one of my profs had ever gone off like that I would first have made a formal complaint about it and then dropped the class ASAP. I am paying for an education, not the fever rantings of a sick person.
It seems like she’s demonstrating throwing a fit/temper tantrum/demands rather than just explaining them. Perhaps she wants her students to see what the rioters, I mean peaceful protesters look like to mature people. Regardless, she was demonstrating whatever subject they were studying about at the time. If she keeps her students interested and want to come back, good on her.
