Jill Biden Compares Hispanics To Bodegas & Tacos, Issues Impressively Lame Apology

Support for Democrat politicians, especially Joe Biden, is hitting historic lows, and Hispanics are electing Conservative politicians in historically Democrat areas. So Democrats evidently felt like they had to do something.

Predictably, they decided to pander to Hispanic voters by focusing on something Hispanics don’t even care about and then reducing an entire culture and ethnicity to a couple of racial stereotypes. And my goodness, it was a disaster.

Firstly, they announced that Jill Biden would be visiting San Antonio, Texas to “speak at the Latinx IncluXion Luncheon.” Wow, that’s a whole lot of unnecessary X’s. You know who thinks we should use the fake word “Latinx?” Virtue signaling white leftists. Not Hispanic Americans. People saw this and thought, “Wow, as if they couldn’t lose any more points with the Hispanic voting bloc.” But trust me, it got worse.

You see, what happened was that Jill Biden then gave her actual speech, in which she literally compared Latinos to bodegas, which she was unable to properly pronounce, and breakfast tacos. I’m not joking. She actually did this, in real life, in a scripted speech that was written specifically to pander to Hispanic voters.

But no one should be surprised by this atrocious and obvious pandering, because the Bidens have done exactly this before. And they’re terrible at it every time. During his presidential campaign, Joe Biden awkwardly pandered to Hispanics by playing “Despacito,” a popular Spanish-language song by a Hispanic artist, on his phone from the podium before giving his scripted speech. It was weird and super obvious.

Then a few months later, Jill Biden pandered to Hispanics again by awkwardly saying “Si, se pwodway,” instead of “Si, se puede.” It was one of the most cringeworthy things I’ve ever heard.

Honestly, I can’t believe that in this woke administration there wasn’t a single staffer who was like, “Y’all, it sounds kind of bad and like an insensitive racial stereotype to diminish Hispanic Americans to bodegas and tacos. Is there no better metaphor we can use?” Just like staffers should have known that Biden would read “repeat the line” if you put it on the teleprompter in front of him.

This morning, the First Lady’s office issued an apology (of sorts) on Twitter for the insensitive and degrading metaphors she used. It’s not an impressive apology, though. Literally just a single sentence without any context posted on Twitter by her Press Secretary, Michael LaRosa.

“The first lady apologizes that her words conveyed anything but pure admiration and love for the Latino community.”

No wonder Hispanic Americans are fleeing the Democrat party in droves.
